Hi, I'm Lindsey, and thank you for visiting Homebody Design Co.! Growing up I was sure I wanted to be a Social Worker, but after working for many years as a hospital Social Worker. I was feeling unfulfilled and realized that I was happiest painting and redecorating my home in my spare time. I decided to enroll in Sheridan College's Interior Decorating program. While still in school, I began working for a prominent interior design firm in Toronto and stayed on as a designer after graduating. I never looked back and I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to develop and hone my skills alongside an incredibly talented group of designers. I developed a love for creating inspiring design boards and have a talent for finding furniture, lighting, and finishes that make spaces feel soft, warm and inviting.

I recently moved back to Prince Edward County, where I grew up, and founded my interior decorating business. I am so excited to work with clients to design spaces that they can feel both proud of, and look forward to returning home to at the end of a long day.  In my spare time, you can find me walking my Labradoodle, Marley, and exploring new places to eat and drink in the County with friends!
